We offer free standard shipping with tracking for orders over $79.

For orders below $79, the shipping fees are as follows:

• Standard Shipping: $7.90 (except Switzerland and Brazil, which is $12.90).

Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business day. 

Delivery times range from 2-20 business days depending on the destination listed below.

• North America: 3-10 business days
• Europe & Australia: 6-10 business days
• New Zealand: 8-15 business days
• HK& MACAU: 2-4 business days
• Brazil: 15-25 business days
• Other countries: 5-20 business days

*The shipping time is listed for reference, it could be slightly changed subject to the actual situation

* Please allow extra 5-10 business days for custom orders.

You can pay for your order using a variety of payment methods! Your payment method is charged at the time the order is placed, including for those items that are shipping later and/or made-to-order. This will ensure that your order is placed in the queue to be fulfilled and shipped as soon as possible.

Please note that once the order has been placed, we are unable to change the method of payment and/or currency.

We may be able to cancel your order but we ask this to be done within an hour of placing your order. If it is too late for us to cancel your order, you can return your order after you receive it. Please note personalized orders are non-cancellable.

Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of receipt, with items needing to be in original condition. If you have not exceeded the timeframe, your order can be returned/exchanged. For detailed information, please visit our Return & Exchange page.

Once your order has been dispatched you will be notified via e-mail with the tracking No.

Yes, we can change your delivery address if you inform us within an hour of ordering – contact us @support@rinamodest.com.

Either of the following ways will be able for you to check your order:

• By E-Mail

We will keep you updated on your order status via email. You will receive an order confirmation within 15 minutes. After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you.

If you have not received an Order Confirmation email please check your Spam/Promotions folder within your email provider. If you are still unable to locate your confirmation email, please contact us at support@rinamodest.com and we will be sure to resend it to you.

Have an account?

Great! Login and head over to your Rina Modest account and select "My Orders" to review your order status. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you.

Don't have an account?

No worries! You can still create an account now using the same email address used to place the order and it will appear under "My Orders". Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed!

You will get the shipping notification with the tracking Number once your order has been shipped. Once your parcel was scanned into the system, the tracking number can be used to see the information about your order.
